AvoCustomer changes what happens after that first visit. It gives the business its own branded customer portal, where customers book, see their history, collect loyalty, manage memberships and stay in touch. Every one of those actions writes to a single customer record that belongs to the business, not to whoever made the introduction.
The practical difference is that a returning customer is recognised. Their history, preferences and usual booking are already there, so rebooking takes seconds rather than starting from a blank form. Being known rather than processed is most of what separates a customer from a client.
